We are currently fulled staffed, however, if you would like to send us your details and work history, together with work references, we will keep your details on hand. We look for motivated staff with a genuine interest in thoroughbred racing. We value our staff and regard them as integral members of our team. Our staff are very happy and we look after them, so positions only occasionally become available.
When we do require additional staff, we will contact people who are current, within 3 months, on our register.

The days are long, the rewards don't always equate to effort, frustration and disappointment are common, yet the expectations and dreams remain huge.
In every racing stable around Australia, staff personalities are diverse, assorted and wide-ranging. The Paul Messara team is no different The Messara employees are speckled with many highly intelligent individuals from all corners of the planet.
While there has been no official I.Q tests completed, one only has to listen to the daily intellectual dialogue in the stable to know that one is in the presence of sharp and gifted men and women.
